Do you ship worldwide?At the moment we only ship within the 48 continental states within the US. If you are located in Europe, you will be able to use the EU version of the website, which may provide with additional items not available on US version of the site.
How can I use a coupon code?If a coupon is made available, you are able to enter the coupon code during the checkout process. Final price after the discount is applied will be reflected on the page before submitting the order.
Do I need to create an account to place orders?You currently do not need to create an account to place an order. Once you submit an order, a confirmation email with your order details will be mailed to you at the email provided during checkout.
How can I request a refund?Should an order have damages upon arrival due to the delivery process or due to manufacturing, we are happy to offer a full refund or we can replace the order once we have received an email from you containing a detailed description of the issue you encountered.
